Date: Saturday, October 28

Event Time: 4pm-7pm

Location: 2900 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32806

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:

Event Set Up: 2:00PM - 4:00PM
- Direct vendors to parking zone
- Direct Trunk participants to trunk zone
- Add event street signs
- Set up CFW Tent
- Set up cones

During Event: 4:00PM - 7:00PM
- Direct parking traffic
- Welcome families to the event
- Check on vendors and trunk participants throughout event

Event Breakdown: 7:00PM - 8:00PM
- Remove street signs
- Breakdown CFW tent
- Remove cones
